Add Your Name to the Chicago Production Resource List

 

hello!  I’m so glad you’d like to add your name or business to my Chicago resource list.  Please email me at christy@christyschmid.com with the subject “Chicago Production Resource”.  This way, when I’m too busy to add it right away, I can easily find your email when I’m updating this page.

 

If you are a crew member, please email me with the following things:

 

  • Your name, Position, Company name if applicable
  • Experience (ie: Photo assistant for 4 years.  Work with Canon, Hasselblad, Phase One, ProFoto. Know how not to electrocute myself when working with Speedotrons… Experience driving a cargo van or cube truck) Keep it short and sweet – under 50 words please.
  • STYLISTS / LEADS: You  must have a website to be included on this page.
  • A photo!  Doesn’t have to be anything formal or special,  just so people can see your beautiful mug. BTS photos are great. It will be cropped to 400px wide x 280px high.
  • Contact info you would like to include (phone / email / website) I will not assume the info in your email signature is what you want to include.
  • If you’d like, have someone you’ve worked with email me a review (again, short and sweet – under 30 words please. It will be posted with their name and company.) You can have up to two reviews.
  • FILM CREW: Please list any affiliations – Are you union / non-union? DGA?

 

If you are a service provider, please email me with the following things:

 

  • Service Provided (ie: Studio rental, equipment rental, catering)
  • Company Name
  • Main contact / Your name (optional)
  • Short blurb on your services, under 40 words.
  • A photo!  (preferably of your service, studio, catered food, but it can also be your logo if that makes most sense to you). It will be cropped to 400px wide x 280px high.
