Chicago Photo Crew – October Set Safety Survey

Now that a lot of us have been back on set I wanted to check back in and see how things are going. The purpose of this survey is to anonymously collect the thoughts of Chicago photo crew in order to see where everyone is, start discussions that need to be had and help everyone have safer productions going forward.
